famous art colouring (summer learning journey)

famous art colouring

Hi everyone! .  I am taking part in the Summer Learning Journey. the first tasks was going on Google Arts and Culture . Where we had to colour in a drawing I chose the one I did because I am interested in shading and It looked very cool and detailed. the first one is mine and I decided to make the background green to show that were they are is lush area.

I though it looked like there were plungers on the table so I coloured them red.

  2. Kia Ora Charlie, Kiana here from the Manaiakalani summer learning program.

Awesome to see you are taking part in the summer learning journey and what a great start you have made!

You have added a lot of characteristics to this picture with your shading, you mentioned it is something you are interested in, may i ask why? Also, you are right they do look like plungers on the table. I also think they look like candles judging from the shape and size.

It seems like you might be ready to give the “Step it up” activity a go.

I look forward to seeing more of your blogs.

    Ngā mihi,
    Kiana-Marino

    1. Hi Kiana, Thanks for your advice! I will definitely be stepping it up next time!
I am interested in shading because I use it in all of my art, I really enjoy doing portraits and shading comes in very handy for getting your pieces looking realistic.
